that has been deleted and then emptied from the Trash bin. It's also not

than 30 days on an Android 11 or later smartphone and it hasn't been backed up
before.

Steps:
1) Download
the Google photos on your smartphone/tablet/PC. (or browse photos.google.com
in your web browser)
2) Login
with your Gmail account where your photos are backed up.
3) At
the bottom, click Library, then select Trash.
4) Locate
the photo or video you want to restore. Touch and hold the image or video.
5) Select
the Restore option at the bottom. The photo or video will be returned to the
Gallery app on the phone, the Google Photos library, and the albums it was in.
6) Go
to photos.google.com on your computer.
7) Click
the Trash folder on the left side of the window.
8) Place
your cursor over the photo or video to be restored, then click Select.
9) Click
Restore in the upper right corner. That photo or video will be returned to your
Google Photos account and re-added to any albums it was previously in.
